Saving
Curlingle isn't in my Share sheet
Scroll to the end of the row of app icons in the Share sheet and tap More. Find Curlingle and add it to Favorites to move it to the front.
A save says "skipped" or "failed"
Some pages can't be read (paywalls, logins, or pages with very little text). Try sharing the text itself, or add a note describing what caught your eye.
Can I save without internet?
Yes. Saves made offline are kept on your iPhone and uploaded the next time you open Curlingle.
Connections
When does my connection arrive?
Every morning at the delivery time in Settings → Daily connection, in your time zone. Want one right away? Tap Get one now on Home.
Why is my connection in the wrong language?
Pick your language in Settings → Daily connection → Language. New connections will use it, whatever language you saved things in.
"Save a few more things first"
Curlingle needs at least one save it can work with. Share an article, post or video, give it a minute to be read, then try again.
Notifications
I'm not getting the morning notification
Open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Curlingle and make sure notifications are allowed. Your connection will still be on Home either way.
Account
How do I delete my account?
In Curlingle, open Settings → Delete account. Everything is removed from our database immediately. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
