These terms apply to your use of the Curlingle app and website, provided by The Appary ("we", "us"). By using Curlingle you agree to them.
Your account
You need an Apple ID to sign in. You're responsible for activity on your account, and you may delete it at any time in Settings.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you save and write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Curlingle for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only save content you're allowed to share, and don't use Curlingle for anything unlawful.
Connections are generated by AI
Connections are written automatically by AI models from public sources. We check each piece against the sources it cites, but mistakes can still happen. Connections are for curiosity and learning, not professional advice. Follow the cited sources before relying on anything you read.
Cited sources belong to their publishers. Curlingle links to them and quotes only short excerpts.
Beta
Curlingle is in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Disclaimer and liability
Curlingle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Curlingle means you accept the updated terms.
